My kids just discovered Glow-in-the-Dark Pony Beads...we let them stay up a bit later then usual this weekend for some "lights out" fort building fun!
The friendly spider bead pattern came from Crafts for Kids. They also offer a free ghost and pumpkin pattern.
My girls used close to 300 beads to create the three designs and plan to make glowing eyes on pure black cat designs with the remaining beads.
Glow-in-the-dark beads would make a great camp craft activity to add some ghastly glow around the campfire! And how about adding the glowing beads to a crocheted garland to illuminate the Christmas tree -- where have these beads been all our life!
